

Welcome to the TLA –Team Learning Assistant is a web application for academic project teams. TLA is designed to maximize students’ team learning experience by providing resources, assignments and guidance on essential team
processes including: developing a team contract, engaging in 360-degree feedback, and providing peer evaluation of team members’ performance.
TLA also provides faculty critical team performance information that can be used to assess student performance through detailed feedback and evaluation reports. Faculty interested in learning more about using TLA in
a course should contact a TLA Representative at tla-list@bu.edu for more information.
